Justice Department sides with 14-year-old girl raped while serving as 'bait' in middle school sting

Why did the kid's guardian go along with the "sting" ... 'cause she's stupid...now her daughter is the victim of rape ... nice huh?

Oh, and guberment workers? Proooomotion !
OK, perhaps I'm blind as a bat, but nowhere in those two articles did I read where the girl's guardian was aware of this plan. Am I missing something?

FWIW, that particular school, and a couple of others in Madison County, have long had a less-than-stellar reputation. What I find intriguing is that the aide made the administration aware of the boy's danger to other students, there was documentation of several events, and yet they did nothing.

I would think that the guardian would have had to have been notified .... but your right...its does not say it anywhere....the lack of notification would make it even more outrageous.
