We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. Any move entails a lot of technical details and I suspect we will encounter a few issues as the new server goes live. Please be patient with us. To the op: you said you wanted to help people to adjust their thinking. I highly recommend the book "how to win friends and influence people" by carnegie.

Yes, but not everyone pointing out issues with your presentation are using that to dismiss your arguments. Several here agree with your arguments, even openly, but still find fault with your presentation at times.
I was patiently waiting for someone to make this point so it didn't have to be me. Thanks for not letting me down!
