He should never have been upset with the police for being in his own home while black. He probably bum rushed them, he should consider himself lucky he was not filled with holes for an intimidating act. Like raising his hands.

Another isolated case of over reaction by the public to alleged police misconduct.

The report ends with: 'No charges were filed'. I think breaking and entering would have been appropriate, followed by assault and battery.

In the spirit of toleration with the PC crowd I recommend hate crime charges for all cops involved.
