Taking to trip to Indiana this weekend.

As the title says, I'm taking a trip to Indiana this weekend. Can anyone give me the 5 cent educational rundown in regards to the gun laws? (Carry in restaurants, public places, local government land, etc)

This thread is pretty much correct: http://forum.opencarry.org/forums/sh...state-resident

the state law is IC title 35 article 47, so look it up and read it. Not too much there.

We recognize all licenses, but you must have one to carry openly or concealed.

Carry in bars, church, banks, airport, restaurant, county or city property (except court), private property where it's posted not to is legal, but you must leave if they tell you to (trespassing).

Carry in schools, court house, past airport security, casino prohibited.

Long gun carry ok. Loaded long gun in car ok.

Thanks. I'm headed out in the morning. Indiana law allows carry in schools?

Not really. I don't plan to visit any schools today (Saturday) or tomorrow. I just misread from my phone and it struck me as odd.
