What do you "law and order" types think of the practice of stealing vehicles, fiat money, etc. from random, innocent people without due process? There are instances of even harmless, "vanilla" elderly people with completely clean records falling victims to this (it tends to happen along certain stretches of highway where the local cops do it as a habit and tell their victims that they'll have to pay a lawyer to get their stuff back).
