Even government kourts (I hope) will be forced to laugh at this one. We laugh, but it's no different than regulations on NFA weapons, concealed carry permission slips, "background checks" etc as they relate to the 2nd amendment. But, their lack of respect for the 2nd means that one day, they won't respect the 1st (See United Kingdom, Australia, etc). In that day, even the gun haters better start making sure they have an exit.
