    What is that clicking sound when Obama talks

    This is the link. Obama starts to speak about 1.42 into the video. In the back ground you hear this clinking clatter. I also hear this sound on every speech by him. Are they taking still pictures and why so many?

    You mean the rachet sound?

    If so, that's professional quality ($3k to $15k) DSLR cameras taking pics at 30 frames per second.
    The First protects the Second, and the Second protects the First. OO-RAH!!! Together, they protect the rest of our Bill of Rights and other founding documents.

    As for President Trump, he's getting the job done.
