Cops think they have constitutional right to use excessive force

    http://thinkprogress.org/justice/201...cessive-force/

The officers claimed the policies infringed on their rights under their Second Amendment and under the Fourth, claiming a self-defense right to use force. Chief U.S. District Judge Marsha Pechman pointed out that the Second Amendment protects the right to bear arms — not the right to use them — and that the officers “grossly misconstrued” the Fourth Amendment when they claimed that it protects them, and not individuals who would be the subjects of police force or seizures.

Hahaha you have the right to bear them but not use them...???????

Agents of the state don't even have that right while engaging in what they were hired for.

I am not anti Cop I am just pro Citizen.

    U.S. v. Minker, 350 US 179, at page 187
"Because of what appears to be a lawful command on the surface, many citizens, because
of their respect for what only appears to be a law, are cunningly coerced into waiving their
    rights, due to ignorance." (Paraphrased)

I did see that ... he was likely trying to say "in whatever way you want" but instead left it indicating that he is a complete moron.

He can change it later .. hopefully he re-reads it and does so.
