In their lawsuit, the Mounces said Kendall wouldn't stop breaking the subdivision's rules, including renting out rooms in his home, having ugly tarps on the property and illegally running a business.

Pretty tarps are OK ? He moved to the community knowing its rules ... seems like he took the actions too personally.

Kendall was someone who neighbors said for the most pert was very friendly.

"He was very welcoming, very friendly," said Katie Drokin. "He would sometimes just come and visit and see how our yard is doing. A man of the earth, you could say. So we got a positive impression of him. We never thought this could escalate so much."

Must be either an idiot writing the story or a bit piece from "The Onion"

Well he sure made good on his word, eh? Frivolous civil lawsuits rarely end well...
