Well it's getting late. I wonder when it'll leak. I have no idea what the decision could possibly be.

finally ... the goofy guy says no charges @ 9:25pm .... but also said he presented a self defense defense to the grand jury .... highly unusual or virtually non-existent in a grand jury investigation except for this guy.

No surprise, prosecutor had no intention of bringing charges against any police officer. As a former officer I am disgusted at what LE has turned into, it is an embarrassment.

I hope the black community uses their votes to remove this prosecutor.

I'm always for justice, which is why, as a decent person, I am ashamed and repulsed by the government under which I live. As a corollary, I dislike police and the police state by default. I detest prosecutors even more. However, I believe justice demands the cop go free in this case. I don't think the evidence is there.

The prosecutor is intentionally misleading or lying about one issue.....the prosecutor in his statement to the media said "Wilson heard of the robbery call". However, he never said Wilson was dispatched to the call and he never said Wilson knew the descriptors of the suspects. Additionally, the prosecutor said Wilson initiated contact with the two individuals simply to tell them to get out of the street.
Would a police officer responding to a strong armed robbery call, upon confronting two suspects matching the description, just tell them to get out of the street ? It makes no sense at all.
The police are using the "mindset" excuse for Wilson to justify the shooting saying that Wilson knew these were two strong armed robbery suspects. However, there is NO evidence Wilson knew or suspected they were suspects and Wilson never gave any indication in radio traffic that he was out with 2 suspects.
In fact, the prosecutor says that a "verbal cussing match" broke out between Wilson and Brown after Wilson told the two subjects to get out of the street. Do you really think a cop would stand in the street in a cussing match with two strong armed robbery suspects ? No way !!

According to the testimony of the cop posted online he said that he saw cigars and linked the possession of cigars with a robbery that occurred. How the grand jury bought that explanation of the "stop" is beyond me ...

The fix was in IMO

IMO none of that matters, the question is 'Was Wilson justified to shoot a man with his hands up surrendering?' Apparently yes, lessen do not surrender to police.

When this is all said and done, honest decent people will be made to suffer for this one A-hole that clearly was given a license to kill.

clearly the powers that be wanted to get this guy off by hook or by crook, regardless of the facts

#2
Cops that don't steal. That's up there with "politicians do what's best for the country" or "fat people don't weigh any more than skinny people do" or "the sun isn't hot at all".

Of course I can only speak of the numerous cops that I know of that steal; I'm sure that there are plenty of cops who have not ~ give 'em break, they just got out the academy 20 minutes ago.

So...........the grand jury got ALL the evidence and found not enough RAS to prosecute. Is this not the way it is supposed to work? Look at all the evidence and then make a decision. I see a great number of you had "all the evidence" you needed (or made up in your own minds) to convict this LEO. I am glad your access to the evidence was so readily available.
"He should have been charged with something" is as stupid as "Well someone must go to jail, we had to come all the way out here."

On #2..You paint with a broad brush. This detracts from your credibility. "All gun nuts are dangerous, have a small penis, and drive Porsches."
