Is Open Carry in Virginia DMV's okay? I believe it is, I just haven't found much about it in the last few years.

We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. Any move entails a lot of technical details and I suspect we will encounter a few issues as the new server goes live. Please be patient with us. Yes multiple members have oc'd at DMV.

Sometimes certain evil, viscious folks do it just to see if the rent-a-cop doesn't know that there's nothing preventing it.
Speaking of that, we all need to get behind http://leg1.state.va.us/cgi-bin/legp504.exe?151+sum+HB1390 - which would effectively be state preemption.
Almost as importantly, where is there no Senate Bill miroring that?
