This is why body cameras are no good.

During review of the Dover Police Department they found horrible acts recorded.

Just what did this have to do with "BODY" cameras---- Seems like it was all Dash Cam footage to me!
    RIGHTS don't exist without RESPONSIBILITY!
If one is not willing to stand for his rights, he doesn't have any Rights.
I will strive to stand for the rights of ANY person, even those folks with whom I disagree!
As said by SVG--- "I am not anti-COP, I am PRO-Citizen" and I'll add, PRO-Constitution.
If the above makes me a RADICAL or EXTREME--- So be it!

    U.S. v. Minker, 350 US 179, at page 187
"Because of what appears to be a lawful command on the surface, many citizens, because
of their respect for what only appears to be a law, are cunningly coerced into waiving their
    rights, due to ignorance." (Paraphrased)

Were there a few minor traffic violations documented?

It is AFAIK original to me. Compromise is failure on the installment plan, particularly when dealing with so intractable an opponent as ignorance. - Nightmare

I think he took a left turn without using his blinker. Definitely used his right blinker every time though.

I thought he used the turn signal every time the first run through. I'm not so sure at this point, it could've been he just holding the wheel with his left hand, no big deal. It was hilarious to watch, especially the facial expressions, classic.

This video is about as amusing as watching a 6th grade school bully doing the same routine.
