The product, SSI Guardian, is described by the company as "a new curriculum-based security initiative designed to keep schools, and our children safe." "SSI Guardian curriculum is focused on strengthening campus and school safety by providing administrators with the professional development tools to address safety and risk mitigation," the company said in announcing the launch of the product.

Cans of soup and veggies are way cheaper and no training, other than aim improvement, is required.

LOL It's professional vapor-ware. I read at the whole site, about PhD this and certified that, but nothing that sounded like a solution to anything but their bottom line. They must consult with the the P4P people, Protection for Pedagogues. Follow the money.

I'll have to show that to my wife who is a school district administrator, maybe she can decipher all that gobbly gook. I have no idea what they are selling!

LOL They're selling whatever schools will buy. If they don't have it, they'll get it, relabel it, charge a premium and offer an extended warranty with annual replacements. They sell service, not product, not results.

They already had military and LEOs check the security at Sandy Hook before the shooting. Good job guys, you did a bang-up job there.

People simply don't want to pay to make schools secure; and likely for good cause - the chances of getting shot at school are highly unlikely.

Wife said it was safety, emergency, and preparedness plans. They basically come in, look over your site, and tell you what to do to solve all your issues. Like which brand of canned veggies to buy and stock to throw at the bad guys.

Btw I showed her that link and she says nobody can be that stupid and doesn't believe it's real. I'm not sure, sounds too dumb to be made up to me?
