H.R. 378 would make it a crime to own Type III body armor which would be punishable by up to 10 years in prison.

The Responsible Body Armor Possession Act is also supported by the [heroic, 67,000 member] Peace Officers Research Association and The [heroic] California State Sheriff’s Association.

Politicians and their swine enforcers really are the most base people in society. Luckily, they're also stupid.
Why do you think they are hero's? That's awfully nice of you brother.

They tell me they are. The state and the media tell me it's true also. If in the state "I live and move and have my being", then it naturally follows that its enforcers are kind of a big deal!

You believe everything you hear on the media? Cmon brother your smarter then that.

But hey of you want to be a state worshipper then that's your prerogative.

The only heroes I know are firefighters. Now those guys are like superheroes.

Don't these bill sponsors like to show off in chambers what their evil objects are capable of? This one should be no exception.

And I am an irresponsible gun owner and irresponsible body armor owner. I commit no crimes.

The use of the word "responsible" is a red herring word. You have zero duty to be a responsible anything.

-Mod edited rule violation--

Does this means all those useless SWAT raid cops heroically murdering and maiming innocent people will be brought up on charges for their BA?

When a liberal politician tacks the word "RESPONSIBLE" onto a bill you know they are trying to slip one up your tailpipe!

Or "Patriot." And it doesn't take a "liberal."

Enforcement??

How will any .gov know how much and what type of BA I have? I don't even know. I was in a closet yesterday and found a plate carrier that I had forgotten. If I am wearing body armor, there will be a very apparent reason.

When they outlaw those pants worn below the crack, I might get behind the law~~~~~~~~Nawwww even that would be a stupid law. We should outlaw stupid unconstitutional laws.
