I came across a few bills this morning by Senator Ellis of the 13th District.
SB 256. "Titled A BILL TO BE ENTITLEDAN ACTrelating to creating an offense for the unlawful possession ortransfer of a large-capacity magazine." 20 rounds is the limit in this bill.

SB 257. "A BILL TO BE ENTITLEDAN ACTrelating to the reporting of a lost or stolen firearm; providingcriminal penalties."

SB 258. "A BILL TO BE ENTITLEDAN ACTrelating to the creation of certain offenses concerning firearmsales at gun shows." This bill would make it illegal to conduct a non-commercial, private transfer between two private law abiding citizens without a background check.
SB 259. "A BILL TO BE ENTITLEDAN ACTrelating to criminal history background checks in connection withfirearm transfers; creating offenses." It appears this bill creates a State NICS oversight office. And provides provisions for what happens to you if you are denied in error or not. It also takes away the presumption of innocent until proven guilty if you have been accused of a felony. They could ex post facto deny a transfer, and possibly an attempt to seize your firearms.
I dont think any will pass, if we are confident that Constitutional Carry will pass. But its good to know who will not spport Huffines or Stickland.
