Good news and bad news! Constitutional Carry has 9 authors in the House and was referred to Homeland Security and Public Safety! The bad news is the vice chair is rabidly opposed to this. I don't know how the Chair stands on this Constitutional Carry HB195, but I think it's a good time to ring his phone and talk to him. Be polite and persuasive! If we lose him too, then HB195 will be dead in this committee!!!!!
