    New MSP Superintendant, good news?

IIRC, candidate Hogan said that, if elected, he would instruct the Superintendent to allow "self defense" as a "good and sufficient reason" to grant a Wear and Carry Permit. If he follows through, this would be great news for all Marylanders who feel the need to carry for self defense.

yup, we'll have to wait and see what happens. There are bills introduced in the GA to end G&S, but I don't hold any hope they'll get through. Our best chance is the new Superintendent allowing self defense as G&S..

    waiting and watching.
