It's time to do another print run of pamphlets. To get 15,000 I'm going to need about $700.00, so I'm asking for extra help. Any excess funds that I receive will go to the other 2A groups in the area.
current OC Gun Rights Pamphlet (some update changes will be made on the next print)
Do you want you Oregon Concealed License? http://www.washingtongunrights.com/ccso
Donation sent too. Thank you Bill.
BTW - Don't leave....
"There is no such thing as a free lunch, but there is always free cheese in a mousetrap."
On the two pamphlet links, Florida is listed as a state that honors the Washington CPL. Last I heard, the two states mutually excluded each other in 2013. I checked handgunlaw.us and it indicates the two states do not reciprocate. Thanks for all the work you do.

I carry a gun because I can't carry a cop.
Let's go you slackers, were only at $330!
Pitched in my contribution.
Rev. Robert Apgood, Esq.
A right cannot be lost by exercising it. McDonald v. Chicago, 561 U.S. 3025, 130 S. Ct. 3020, 3021, 177 L. Ed. 2d 894 (2010) (citing Near v. Minn., 283 U.S. 697 (1931)).
Although IAAL, anything I say here is not legal advice. No conversations we may have privately or otherwise in this forum constitute the formation of an attorney-client relationship, and are not intended to do so.
Sent a few bucks, Bill do not forget to keep enough money for postage.
Throw me to the wolves and I will come back leading the pack.
I believe the exemptions to concealed carry permit requirements are worth noting as the seam to be news to almost anyone I tell them to, including so called gun enthusiasts and even some (most?) LEO. (The open carry talk in Spokane comes to mind)
Also, is there any clarification to establishments that have liquor control board signs on the doors, but become a full blown bar after a certain time. (Like they serve lunch/dinner to all until say 8:00 pm, in which case the entire place becomes 21 and over) seams black and white to me, in that carry WOULD be allowed, but such things are not always the case. Thanks again bill.
"Firearms stand next in importance to the Constitution itself. They are the people's liberty teeth (and) keystone... the rifle and the pistol are equally indispensable... more than 99% of them by their silence indicate that they are in safe and sane hands. The very atmosphere of firearms everywhere restrains evil interference .When firearms go, all goes, we need them every hour." -- George Washington
Edited version reads.....front page left side....
Those without a valid CPL may carry a firearm in a vehicle only if the firearm is unloaded and not concealed in any way on the body. (RCW 9.41.050) Exemptions exist in RCW9.41.060 for "lawful outdoor activities, to include vehicle carry."

This exemption is a way for a carrier to get around some of the Ludacris requirements of obtaining and utilizing a ccp. So it is in fact, very anti-permit.
Please read carefully before you nit pick apart my posts
