Another consequence of I-594

Earlier this week I made a trip into my favorite FFL to renew my membership a local gun range and to drool on their counter a bit. (I can't imagine the Windex bill for an FFL).

Anyhow, I also wanted to talk to them about selling a S&W Airweight 38+p on consignment. They told me that with the passing of I-594 they now have to do so much additional paperwork for a consignment sales that they just aren't worth it, and they no longer do them. Frikk.

Interesting. Would anything have changed with regards to me giving it to them to sell initially?
