    Question Question about age requirements

I'm 55 and have been open carrying for 5 years with no issues. I recently was asked by a young man the minimum age to open carry,
but as it never was an issue for me, I never paid much attention to threads about the subject and don't have the time to sift through a few hundred posts.
I read that CCW is now 19, what is legal for open carry in Missouri? 18?

    Thanks,
    Todd

The maps on the opencarry.org home page are a quick resource for many question like this too as are the state specific info pages:
    http://www.opencarry.org/?page_id=139
    http://www.opencarry.org/?page_id=263

I just mention it as some newer members who found the forum may not know about the additional resources on the home page.

The Missouri cite need updated. The constitution has drastically changed for the better. And the change nullified many of the statutes on the books.

Be careful. Are the statutes still on the books? Have the nullifying cases appeals been published as case law stare decesis? Statute law must be affirmatively repealed/rescinded.

19 is a prudent age. 18 if you ain't driving and/or in a liberal enclave that has outlawed OC w/o a endorsement. Get a endorsement and call it a day.
