There used to be a app that did exactly as you want but also was hidden on your phone while running, so for instance if an officer looked at your smartphone he couldn't tell that the app was running in the background. I wish I could find that one again.

This one is more like what I remember but not the same one. Looks like a descent option though.
one of the up-loadable video apps also automatically uploaded your video to the apps designer organization who was given the right, when you accepted their app, to automatically distribute the video freely across al gore's invention...
