OC through Vegas

Greetings from a beautiful Colorado.

I'm an avid open carrier here in colorado springs and also have my CCW. I will be travelling to vegas next month for a week stay and will be riding in a group of motorcycles. Since we are going to be camping along the way, I will also be carrying my weapon. new mexico and arizona both have reciprocity with colorado so i'm not at all concerned about riding through those states. when i get to my rental in vegas, I likely will leave it at the house for the duration of my stay. My question is the legality of open carrying on a motorcycle. from reading posts here, i have gathered that having a loaded firearm inyour personal conveyence is legal; does this also apply to motorcycles? I wont be driving on the strip with my weapon, just the southern outskirts of the city.

any advice would be appreciated. thanks!

You will not have any issues open carrying while on a motorcycle, even on the strip. Have fun!

None of the big ones will allow it much longer than after they notice it, especially if you are hanging out. Those who have rooms there, and are transiting directly to and from the room have mostly had success, including the times they've had to say: "I'm just going to my room." Sometimes they are escorted out as they leave, though.
