With the June 1st headline around the corner, this is where we stand:

Licensed open carry passed the House (HB910)and is sitting in the Senate. Licensed open carry passed the Senate (SB17) and is sitting in the House.

We need to call Dan Patrick and the entire Senate: http://www.capitol.state.tx.us/Members/Members.aspx?Chamber=S and ask them to pass HB910

Also, contact House Speaker Strauss at: http://www.house.state.tx.us/members/speaker/ and ask to pass the Licensed open carry SB17.

Either the House or the Senate will have to take action quickly to get done! My bet is on the Senate.......
