    Toledo Cop Failing 42 USC 1983/1989 Test!

    Hello Ohio,

    I will become an Ohio resident in about 360 days. Don't worry, I won't bring failed Kalifornia values with me--I will not infect the great state of Ohio with liberalism.

    Here are some URLs for a 6th Circuit ruling in favor of an open carry patriot. This was published 5/13/2015. This is a Toledo case (see attached file).

    Now, the trier of fact needs to determine if the Plaintiff's outstretched arms were "furtive" and justified an illegal detention.
