    Volunteer asked to leave

I'm currently offshore so my news is sparatic, but I cought a piece of a report where a volunteer standing outside a recriuters office accidentally discharged his AR.
Wonderful, all we need to further the open carry cause.
I didn't catch where the event took place.

And its not his first time being cited for an ND. He plead guilty and paid a fine for the same charge a couple years ago. His attitude about this sucks too.
I'd say he needs formal training but I doubt it would do any good in his case.
