So, chairs count as structures in the minds of Denver police? (The injunction that allowed the jury-rights activists to hand out pamphlets prohibited erecting "structures".)

Police might get away with confiscating a shade tent/canopy as a "structure"; but, nobody but nobody is gonna believe an outdoor chair can be confused as a "structure".
