The food is quite good and the staff very accepting and friendly.

If the front parking lot (small) is full, there is a very large lot in the back and a convenient entrance there.

If coming from the Richmond side, you will have to pass it and make a legal U-turn at the traffic light. Going towards Richmond, they are on the right.

But there was quite the debate at where the gentleman in the booth across from us was staring. Never having actually looked to be able to consider the question I have no idea if Riverrat's butt is sufficiently attractive to draw stares.
