Provision for free medical attendance and nursing, for clothing, for food, for housing, for the education of children, and a hundred other matters, might with equal propriety be proposed as tending to relieve the employee of mental strain and worry. --- These matters obviously lie outside the orbit of congressional power. What is a "Right to Carry permit" she mentions in the article? I know these 2 are not from New Mexico, so may not be familiar with local laws, but there is no permit required to own a gun. Open carry is legal with some restrictions and concealed carry is legal in your vehicle and home/property (which would include the hotel room). A concealed carry permit is required for general out and about CC.
