    Just seen this hope its true

    A bill intended to “invalidate and nullify all federal laws and regulations restricting ownership or possession of firearms” has been pre-filed in the Bluegrass State.Kentucky State Representative Diane St. Onge has filed House Bill 35 (HB35), which directs the Kentucky General Assembly “to take all appropriate action to safeguard Kentuckians’ rights to possess firearms in accordance with the 2nd Amendment to the Constitution of the United States and Section 1 of the Constitution of Kentucky.”

    Summary
    Create new sections of KRS Chapter 237 to declare legislative intent; invalidate and nullify all federal laws and regulations restricting ownership or possession of firearms; direct the General Assembly to take all appropriate action to safeguard Kentuckians' rights to possess firearms in accordance with the second Amendment to the Constitution of the United States and Section 1 of the Constitution of Kentucky; amend KRS 527.040 to add persons who have been dishonorably discharged from the Armed Forces of the United States and persons illegally or unlawfully in the United States to the list of persons who shall not possess firearms.

    Ceremonial, looks good on paper. FedDotGov holds primacy over the little people.

    However, if every state, county, and local cop were to arrest a/every G-man for every/any infraction of a citizen's rights, then prosecute criminally, Fed Dot Gov would need to come to a conclusion...won't happen though, follow the tax money.
