I may be way off base here but I'm a little confused. The VA AG has done away with the reciprocity with most other states due to the fact that they aren't as stringent or tough on their requirements so to say.... If that's the case why isn't the VA CCW allowed to be used in lieu of a NICS check like WV's CCW is?

We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. Because your CCW could have been revoked the day before you wish to purchase?
Really, people need to learn how to build your own guns and avoid this issue all together.
