I've been in touch with Theresa at River City Diner on Parham Rd with regards to her opening the diner at 6.30am instead of their usual 7am. She said "No problem"

However, she has requested an idea of how many people are likely to attend breakfast so she can figure out how many servers to bring in early. Not after definite numbers, just a guide, so if you're planning on attending breakfast on Lobby Day please respond and hopefully Grapeshot will do his tallying up as he does so well for our dinners. Whatever number we have by Jan 13th is the number I'll give her.

It's usually easier to get folks together over food than, say, reviewing box scores from the 1920s, or parsing the future conditional tense of irregular verbs.

We like each other (pretty much) and spend time establishing and maintaining friendships - something I wonder if you know anything about.
