We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. Any move entails a lot of technical details and I suspect we will encounter a few issues as the new server goes live. Please be patient with us. anyone have Walmart position letter on Open carry?

This is a lot like asking for a law authorizing anything. Laws and private property rules generally state what is not acceptable - seldom give permission.
The absence of law/rule against something, makes it ex post facto legal.
See this however:
Policy is to follow the law of the state the store located.
