GMU Warns Students of ‘Armed Protestors’ At CNN Closed-Press Town Hall on Gun Control

Students of George Mason University received an email alert from the university’s interim chief of police ahead of Thursday evening’s CNN town hall on gun control with President Barack Obama warning there could be protestors carrying firearms outside the event.

Really? Since when did the latter-day equivalent of the Praetorian Guard allow firearms near the emperor? I'm betting this was simply attention-getting rhetoric by the emperor to stir fear.
I'll make you an offer: I will argue and fight for all of your rights, if you will do the same for me. That is the only way freedom can work. We have to respect all rights, all the time--and strive to win the rights of the other guy as much as for ourselves.

If I am equal to another, how can I legitimately govern him without his express individual consent?

There is no human being on earth I hate so much I would actually vote to inflict government upon him.

Well, his new clothes haven't gotten the attention that he and his lackeys want. Obama a rampant naked African-Chicagoan aborigine is fearsome! Faint of heart, hide your eyes.

Bring boiling tar, barrels of feathers, and plenty of torches (burning ones).

I would be happy to greet the obummer with all of that waiting for him, his friends, the bankers, and most of Congress.

Provision for free medical attendance and nursing, for clothing, for food, for housing, for the education of children, and a hundred other matters, might with equal propriety be proposed as tending to relieve the employee of mental strain and worry. --- These matters obviously lie outside the orbit of congressional power.
