All that happened in Texas is that their license went from a license to conceal carry to a license to carry.

In Ohio the court had to disregard the Ohio constitution and declare open carry constitutional so the state could regulate conceal carry.

no they won't cuz they have already capitulated to accept the OC w/privilege card mentality, thus maintain the state's mega buck profit center.
