My local reps have responded to my email about this bill as well as the "assault weapons" bill. All are against this stupid tax.

Well, if they're right about taxes not infringing on the RKBA...

Then it wouldn't infringe upon the first amendment to put a per-word tax on pamphlets and a per milliliter tax on printer ink.
