    Granted, in the U...but.
    Police are to be handed sweeping powers to hack into people's phones and computers and spy on their web-browsing histories under draconian new laws published today.
    FBI v Apple and the terrorist iPhone.

    James Madison cogently recognized that all England really accomplished was to take power from the king and transfer it to Parliament.

    So, no surprise that government is still finding ways to keep the serfs and peasants under the boot heel.
