Pish posh. Just another government agency like all others. They hold public judicial hearings like many other agencies outside the judicial branch.


Judges are single member public agencies.

There are lots of single member public agencies. There are many judicial varieties of single member public agencies.

What state law would one violate for wearing shorts or hats to view a public meeting? None that I know of in my state.

Indeed, I've had members of state agencies demand I remove my hat and I refuse all the time.

Wearing a regular hat would not cause a disruption in the eye of normal people...only those who have drank too much of that gov't Kool-Aid.
