So, Harvard's medical journal, the Lancet, released a new so-called study about gun laws in America. Here is the article. It's the normal, liberal produced, pseudo science crap that we've come to expect from the "institutions of higher learning" (translation: re-education centers) around the country.

All fine and dandy. With truth seekers like John R Lott ever at the ready, the right information will be put out there. Here is his response.

of course they maintain offices in other parts of the world since the publication is rated as the second leading medical journal throughout the world...their offices are where the research occurs ~ in those three major hubs...

however, it is, and continues to be recognized as a British medical publication beginning in the late 1800s, as their headquarters and editorial staff is located in London.

Some more insight.

http://www.gunwatch.blogspot.com/2016/03/a-medical-journal-makes-fool-of-itself.html

The major British medical journals are heavily politicized -- both Lancet and BMJ. Lancet even criticized the Iraq intervention under George Bush II. When they stick to their knitting -- medical research -- they do publish some good studies and are prestigious because of that. But the people running the journals are obviously Left-leaning -- like most academics -- so they can't help misusing the platform they have to hand in order to promote their Leftist views.

That is of course bound to be an amusing exercise. Leftist claims are so counter-factual that a political study is bound to require all sorts of distortions and evasions to make any case at all. And the political studies they do publish are so unscholarly that the editors have obviously put their brain into neutral before publishing them.

hummm how well did bush, chaney, rumsfeld's WMD conflict work for our country and those service members killed, wounded, maimed?

BTW, were any WMD ever found?

at least someone had the cajones to criticize as congress didn't even challenge the big lie being perpatrated on the American and Iraqi citizens.

It wasn't an intervention, it was an invasion. I guess some folks never stop trying to rewrite history.

Like when Democrats claim Clinton was impeached for a private marital indiscretion, rather than for perjuring himself in a civil trial and denying justice to one of his many sexual assault victims?

tho at this stage mate your disparaging comment is strictly and completely innuendo since the historical truth is the august body of congress failed to find him guilty, oh sorry the proper term is acquitted isn't it!!

tried by a jury of his peers, in accordance with established procedures, acquitted.

meaningless comment not germane to the conversation at all & only meant to slander an individual.
