Open Carrier Kills Unruly Man At Gas Station

    http://www.fox8live.com/story/316370...le-gas-station

No charges filed, shooting appears justified, attacker was going off, attacked obviously armed guy, went for his gun, got shot for it.

Surveillance video shows the armed man getting thrown around and finally cornered in the store. He fired one shot at Breland, then two more rounds when Breland continued to attack.
Gee wiz officer lets review the video tape first. If that does not answer your questions we can discuss it with my attorney.

TV video makes viewers think two customers got into a dispute and one shot the other. Doesn't talk at all about deceased harassing store clerk several times earlier in day before the last time was final when he attacked customer attempting to get license plate #...

Definitely don't know if talking to cops for 3 hours or so w/o attorney was the smartest.

Typical media. Don't believe the hype that Fox News is any different.

They label the violent attacker as the "victim."

The headline says he was was shot for being merely "unruly."

Piss poor article. Shame on them.

Yeah, he probably should have just let the bad guy continue to beat on him, and then work himself into a killing frenzy. Remember, when confronted by violence, the fetal position is your friend!

what is concerning is even after the nice LEs have completed their investigation the article ends with this statement:

quote: The shooter has not been charged, but the investigation is being turned over to the district attorney's office for further review. unquote.

shame the shooter could still face judicial repercussions.
