Armed 75-Year-Old Texas Homeowner Stops Thief

This guy saw his trailer with tractor being driven away by thief. He came out with his gun and wounded the thief in the arm and stopped the robbery. Now after all the commotion was over he went back to finish fixing his breakfast. Nothing from the local DA yet. But we were told that if property is being stolen, best not to shoot because you can get your property back. Don't know if he will be charged or not.

Bet that ditch is full of water today....
Report didn't say if the perp was an illegal or not. Since he was already wanted on felony car theft, must have been an American - being a Sanctuary City, Houston probably would have just let an illegal go rather than charge'em.
