In the article is the claim of "its a gray area" to justify the officer's demand that the OCer prove they have a permit. To which i assert--- it is black and white law the officers must have a minimum of RAS that there is a crime just committed, being committed, or about to be committed before an officer can compel one to produce or provide ID or to justify a detainment. Somehow they hope to use the facts of a law abiding carrier as demonstration that a law has been violated!
