    No Weapons
"Firearms and other weapons are not permitted. Off-duty police carrying a weapon must notify Guest Services upon entering the Zoo."
    https://www.nashvillezoo.org/zoo-manners

Appears to be owned by City of Nashville = public property.
    https://www.nashvillezoo.org/history

    Preemption
Complete State Preemption of All Firearm Laws except those ordinances that were in effect at the time preemption was passed.

    Places Off-Limits (snipped)
Some local public Parks and recreational property (39-17-1311)
Any place with a properly posted sign per (39-17-1359)

AG opinion on carry on recreational property:
    http://attorneygeneral.tn.gov/op/2008/op/op26.pdf

Conclusion: I would not carry there under the prevailing circumstances.

People that view/read show that they have an interest in, not knowledge on the subject.

You might invest in a computer that can utilize google search.

    serious reply

Gee, the ranting users post is gone. I just spent the last few minutes trying to find a photo of the front gate which might have a NO GUNS sign or something. No luck, but I tried. Really nice to be able to GOOGLE items of interest.

Thanks for removing the inappropriate post.
