    Hmm... I played around with the numbers a bit, specifically, weighting the various categories with my own preferences before recalculated a total.

    Vermont remained at the top, but my own state (CO) and California were now neck and neck, whereas before Colorado was seriously lagging.

    I think it's rigged, else why would so many people be fleeing California for Colorado?
