More education system seeking out terrorists -- ? becomes 4th/5th amend issue then?

I would think that if they would use kids assignments to determine if they were terrorists then it would make such things subject to the provisions and limitation of the 4th & 5th amendments.

So can a student refuse to turn in an assignment due to 4th and 5th amendment concerns?

Maybe, I see an argument now to support such a viewpoint.
