Cops in Ohio not guilty of molestation statue ... due to them being cops

Just with a cursory look at what few details are in the article, I agree that cops should be included in the law the same as teachers/coaches, but I also agree with the reasoning that the law should not apply if the status was unknown and not used to commit the "crime," as was the case here. This is independent of statutory rape issues, which are complicated enough, and not always fair.
