Warrants aren't needed to do ANY kind of searches. Where have you been?

Warrants are only needed if you have to officially admit to doing the search.

Remember - this is the Democratic Republic of Illinois, where the politics are controlled by the Chicago mob, the LAST state to get concealed carry (which they are STILL fighting any way they can), where the dem-controlled state house has bankrupted the state and is trying to spend ANOTHER $8 BILLION above and beyond their resources.

The new Gov. seems to be trying .. he certainly has pissed off a lot of people.

Yeah, and then primarily if cops plan to use the gatherings in a prosecution.


But the good part is that IL, for once, has come up with something reasonable and more on the side of civilians than govt.
