Could OCing be discrimination on the basis of race?

We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. Any move entails a lot of technical details and I suspect we will encounter a few issues as the new server goes live. Please be patient with us. Everything is racist. I think that not being allowed to OC could be racist. How do you think that carrying is racist?

Government control over employers is the SOLE reason I don't have employees. Government is costing people jobs.
If I don't get full control over how you dress/act/talk while I'm paying you, you don't get to work for me. Period.
And I'd easily tolerate people with differing views, too, if it was done respectfully, and without wasting the time I'm paying for.
