SA in this day and age includes extreme prejudice against panhandlers and smokers.
Elsewhere today I read a discussion of a state's application of the First Amendment in their disorderly conduct statute, implying that community standards are reasonable. My personal standards are much more conservative, to exclude as reasonable hoodies, black apparel, shadowed face, sunglasses/no eye contact, visible body mods, et cetera.
An armed society is a polite society. Manners and civility are good when one may have to back one's acts with ones life.
