    Va gov moving forward to letting felons vote again - after court decision

    RICHMOND, Va. — Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe has again restored the voting rights of about 13,000 felons after his previous attempt was blocked by the state’s Supreme Court.

    Other than the media selected picture, I see no evidence that any felon still actively incarcerated (doing time) has had their rights restored.

    Maybe that will be phase 2 .. 'cause he can do that, right?
