This was on CNN and local news last night - Hilarious!

Don't mess with an Asian woman with a gun!

Narrator says one of the suspected ran through a glass door and died of his injuries in the driveway.

It's good to be aware of such things. Here in the DC area, a number of asian restaurant owners have been ambushed and kidnapped for money. Some have been followed home from casinos as well.

I want to know why she was firing at them after they were no longer a threat, had left her house and were retreating? Was she charged for that? In my state she would have been.

Depending on state laws, by SCOTUS she was justified. They still posed a threat as they were still armed, and already shown they were violent making them a threat to society.

LOL. It's all these cameras people are carrying today, they keep getting caught doing business as usual.

Why do sound like you want her to be charged?

I agree, in Ky., she would be given a medal.
Necessity is the plea for every infringement of human freedom. It is the argument of tyrants; it is the creed of slaves.

You are reading too much into HeroHog's post/reply. He was stating a fact based on the laws there, not his personal preference.

No, Alleged Gunman's inference seems pretty reasonable.

HeroHog believes she continued firing after they were no longer a threat (he states this outright), and questions it simply with "why does she?" but it's clear he's questioning the legitimacy of her actions.

I also briefly considered the legitimacy of it, but I wouldn't be confident outright accusing her of wrongdoing. I think Alleged Gunman's question is perfectly reasonable, asking HeroHog for clarification - if he'd have liked to see her charged.

They were still a threat, a SCOTUS ruling in the mid eighties was built around shooting a felon. They were armed, used violence, and were a danger still to the woman, and the public. Forcible felonies with violence, and armed in most cases equals justified.
